I just want to let you know that I received great service from Kathy in your office and also the lady that is part time there. When trying to decide whether our new Broker should go with NOMAR or you guys, the answer is very clear. The ladies were detailed and helpful as I was not “in the know” about the whole process. After dealing with NOMAR membership, I got off of the phone angry with the way I was spoken to and very much appreciating the obvious service differences between the two companies. I figured you would like to know that your team is doing a good job and making the difference. Our broker will be changing his primary over to your office next week.
