Louisiana Purchase Agreement - Comment and Suggestions

To: Association Executives

The Standardized Forms Workgroup will meet in September to look at the current state wide purchase agreement and review any potential changes or suggestion brought from the Local Association/Boards.  We are asking the AE’s to forward any comments or suggestions that your members may want to submit to the group.  In an effort to centralize suggestions or comments we ask that they be sent by e-mail to cindy@larealtors.org.   Once the workgroup has reviewed all suggestions they will be forwarded to the Louisiana Real Estate Commission for the 2010 version of the Statewide Purchase Agreement.

Please forward all suggestions or comments by September 1st.
