Family and friends of Deborah Macholl, a Realtor with Prudential Gardner Mandeville, are raising money to pay for uninsured medical expenses associated with her kidney disease and future kidney transplant. Deborah has polycystic kidney disease (PKD), is now on dialysis and is on the waiting list for a kidney transplant through Ochsner Foundation Hospital. Our hope through fundraising is to raise awareness of becoming an organ donor and to raise funds for only medically-related expenses (a future transplant, a future living donor expenses, expensive autoimmunosuppressive drugs and other medically-related expenses.)

Deborah has chosen to fundraise with
National Transplant Assistance Fund (NTAF) in part because NTAF provides both tax-deductibility and fiscal accountability to her contributors. Contributors can be sure that funds contributed will be used only to pay or reimburse medically-related expenses.
Organ and tissue transplants offer patients a new chance at healthy, productive, normal lives and return them to their families, friends and communities. You have the power to change someone's world by being a donor. Register to become a donor at Donate Life America.
Thank you for your consideration.
You are in out hearts and prayers.
