THANK YOU DUES RENEWALS…..
Thank you to all members who got their dues in before the November 15, 2009 deadline. You are now paid up until the end of 2010. This was your annual local association, state and national dues. The $50 late fee is now in effect until December 31. Please understand this late fee is following association bylaws and policies. This is not something the office enjoys having to collect.
If Dues are not received by December 31, 2009, a $100 Late Fee is assessed and your membership is then terminated. Terminated member names are forwarded to GSREIN, where your MLS Service is interrupted. Reinstatement fees are then also attached.
It’s great to have all of you back and so wonderful to meet all the many new members who have transferred over to NABOR. Welcome back, NABOR!
REMIND YOUR COLLEAGUES THEY CAN STILL SAVE $50 ……
Between now and Christmas of 2009, the NABOR Office is waiving the regular $50 Transfer Fee for agents interested in transferring from another board to NABOR. Tell your colleagues. Happy Holidays!
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT……

PRIZES STILL WAITING…..
Several door prizes remain unclaimed from the Chili Challenge. We telephoned all of the raffle prize winners from the Chili Challenge, but many prizes are still here, waiting to be picked up. If you won one of the great raffle prizes at the chili fest, you must claim your gift at the NABOR Office this week. Soon they will go back in the “re-gifting” (as Oprah calls it) bin and will be used as prizes next year! You don’t need your ticket stub because we have your name on the winning ticket that was pulled. Call the office before driving over to be sure someone is available to help you claim your prize. 985-892-5200.
NEW AGENT ORIENTATION……...ONLY ONE MORE CLASS THIS YEAR - DECEMBER 7
There is only one more New Agent Orientation Class left this year. It will be this Monday, December 7. Class begins promptly at 9am. Agents should arrive at 8:50am. All paperwork and fees must be submitted in advance, by this Wednesday, December 2. Please only use the latest revised Membership Form posted on the NABOR Web. www.nabors.org
2010 BOARD OF DIRECTORS INSTALLATION……..
Mark your calendars for a Board Installation on Thursday evening, January 28, 2010, 7:00-9:00pm. It will be a Cocktail Reception at Chef John Besh’s LaProvence Restaurant in Lacombe. We are looking for special sponsors for this Installation. More details and tickets will be on sale soon.
